Application:

The OWB-2000 airless shot-blasting machine is designed primarily to clean steel sheets, flat bars or structures of weight and dimensions stated in the technical specifications. 
Main components of the machine:

• working chamber,
• outlet chamber,

• pneumatic equipment,
• electric equipment.

Objects for cleaning are transported through the machine by a roller conveyor. Cleaning is effected in the working chamber by shot projected by projecting rotors. Shot is ejected by rotors when an object to be cleaned is within operation space of shot blasts.
The object cleaned in the working chamber goes to the outlet chamber where a rotary brush removes shot therefrom. Shot residues not removed by the brush and dust remaining on the object are removed by a blower. An object thus cleaned is transported outside of the machine by a roller conveyor.

Advantages:

Shot and impurities drop through a chute onto a belt conveyor which transports them to the elevator base. Therefrom they are transported by the elevator to a separator. Usable shot is separated from impurities and goes to projecting rotors whereas impurities are sent to a wastes tank. An intermediate layer of very fine shot and a small amount of impurities is recycled back to circulation.
Shot consumed in the cleaning process is automatically replenished by a shot filler. Shot is recycled in a closed circulation system and is used multiple times during a cleaning cycle.
The machine can co-work with a feeding roller conveyor and a collecting conveyor.

Length of cleaned objects is not limited.
Objects of small overall dimensions shall be cleaned on special pallets.
