As far as fettling techniques are concerned DOZAMET offers three main cleaning methods. They are:

airless shot blasting,
pneumatic shot blasting,
gravity cleaning.

To clean areas difficult to access DOZAMET offers airless shot blasting machines providing the possibility of additional pneumatic shot blasting. In shot blasting machines of that type two kinds of shot blasting are employed. They are:

basic cleaning by means of fixed but preset shot blasting (airless shot blasting machines),
additional cleaning by means of directed shot blasting (pneumatic shot blasting machines).

The wide range of shot blasting machines offered by DOZAMET is used:

to clean castings of moulding and core sand which remained after the casting process,
to remove scale from rolled mill products,
to remove rust and scale from welded elements or elements cut with burners,
to blunt sharp edges of machine elements,
to remove old paint or to prepare surfaces for new painting or varnishing,
for cold working of metal surfaces,
for cold surface hardening of metal surfaces,
for surface hardening of metal surfaces,
to roughen metal surfaces,
to cut stone blocks in stonework industry,
to roughen surfaces of concrete blocks,
to remove old plaster while renovation of dwelling or industrial buildings,
to tarnish surfaces (ex. of aluminum castings),
for surface treatment before electro-plating, metallic spraying or black oxidation,
to clean tools, forgings, dies, permanent moulds and other machine parts after heat treatment,
for surface smoothing of machine elements of complex shapes,
for regeneration of moulds for metal, glass and rubber,
for cleaning of support structure of long technological lines (gas or heat pipelines, metal fences, etc.),
to clean bridges or flyovers, etc.,
for other special cleaning methods.

The wide range of offered shot blasting machines provides the Customer the opportunity to use various cleaning techniques and assures the desired cleaning capacity.
