Application:

Jolt-squeeze pin-lift moulding machines are designed to produce foundry moulds and can be installed in non-mechanised moulding shops as well as mechanised moulding lines. The jolting unit fixed on springs reduces considerably the transfer of vibrations to foundation which allows to install the machines directly on the floor thus avoiding the necessity to make a special foundation. During squeezing the separating unit goes up together with the table so roller strips for separating narrow moulding boxes can be placed above the table.
