Moulding techniques:
- Automatic moulding line ALF 106 incorporating an impulse-squeeze moulding machine of moulding box dimensions 1000x650x260/260 – weight of castings 1÷50 kg,
- Mechanised moulding station FKT 1212 of moulding box dimensions 1400x800x350/350 and 1150x1050x250/250 – weight of castings 50÷150 kg,
- Manual moulding shop – two mixing-filling machines of capacity 10 and 15 t/h - „no bake” and „floster" process engineering – weight of castings up to 2000 kg.
Cores made by COLD-BOX and HOT-BOX methods, by machines and manually from various types of core sand.
